Lingenfelter Cam
This cam from Lingenfelter is this a good cam??
207/220 573/580 117.5
I am looking to build a street/strip vehicle (mostly street). I will probably do heads and headers also. I want a smooth idle, something that is daily driveanle but has good throttle response.... Half of the cams I have read about on here I really don't like... I am up for something different....
Comp Cams 220/228 532 538 113
SLP 214/222 559/566 115
Of the 3 which is the best choice????

IMO, That size split is only needed with stock heads & stock manifolds.
It's hard to predict what you want since your future plans are a "maybe" and you didn't state what cams you have ruled out and why.
TR 220 112 LSA will be very torquey and idle smoothly at 850.

I just bought it to run with my blower - that is one reason for the wide LSA (boost!). I'll let you guys know in a few months how it runs.
The comp is probably for stock heads where high lift won't do you much good.
