Default 3.5" or 4" coupler, cant decide

Not sure what size coupler to use between the TB and the MAF on my 5.3 conversion. I am using a stock truck TB OD is 3.93" and a 85MM MAF OD is 3.86". I want to use a black silicone coupler, but I do not know if a 3.5" will stretch enough, and I am concerned a 4" wont crush enough to make a good seal. I have found a 3.75" coupler that would be ideal, but the $37 +shipping price tag is steering me away from that. Any thoughts, or real world experience stretching/crushing these 2 sizes?

i think a 3.5 heated up with a hairdryer or the oven might work. i have a spare 4"x3.5" blue coupler if you're interested.

I have used the stock bellows for 85mm MAF on stock
TB and 85mm MAF on 85mm Professional Products TB.
I bought a silicone hose from intakehoses dot, but the
stock bellows worked after all so I kept it.

Default Coupler

Sent you a PM with where I purchased mine and it was pretty cheap to. I went with the 3.75" ID and I believe it was 4" long. I used a band clamp to mark where I wanted to trim it with a razor blade.

Thanks for the help, I think the 3.75 is the way to go.
