id get a new catback or do duals...as for appearance id do rims next and then do whistler mod, and black corners and then black manta over the hood and the black stripe over the hatch.

Looks Nice! here are some ideas for you.
1. Pull the grille off and paint the bumper black (just the grille area, not the whole bumper), then put the grille back on. It will make it stand out a lot more since your car is almost the same color as the grille.
2. Centermount Exhaust or Corsa Tips.
3. Chrome Wheels.
4. Front Clear Corner Marker Lenses.
5. Whistler Headlight Mod.
6. Black Manta Decal for the SS scoop!
You could probably get away with the heater hose lowering mod also, cause the car doesn't look too high. Nice car regardless though! Silver is one of my favorite colors on 98+ SS's.

You need to paint the area behind the grill black.
See this car for other ideas: http://www.fquick.com/garages/viewvehicle.php?id=10318
That's the best looking LPM Camaro I've seen.

Defiantly wheels, exhaust, lower and maybe some tint. Im a firm believer in "some times less is more" so just keep it clean and simple and you'll have a really good looking car.
When I painted behind my grill black before the car was repainted it looked goofy. I chose not to do that this time and to me it looks alot better. Heres the link for more pictures:
