is 300$ a good price a for 2 98-00 WS6 wheels w/ no tires???

No, he said TWO wheels for 300....that makes them 150 each.

I just sold 5 polished 98-00 WS6 wheels for $475 with centercaps.
$100-$125 w/centercaps is about right.
