When would you replace your ARP rod bolts??

When would you replace your ARP rod bolts?? I've been running the same ARP rod bolts for 4 years now in 3 different motors. At what point would you consider installing new ones or would you just keep using the same ones.
I'm building a 408 with twin 66s and plan to make 1000 if that helps.

I'd probably replace after either having having been reinstalled twice OR if I had to uninstall them again, and I had intentions of serious power gains. (200+)
