Default Port and Polish

Can some one give me some direction on porting and polishing my throttle body such as what i need and steps ......i have searched but cant find really any directions

I would stay away from epoxying if you're thinging about it. I did mine and it's having problems with the IAC not being able to control the idle. Every time I enlarge the hole it gets better but still does it. Whenever I have time I'm just going to grind all the epoxy out and just run it ported with no epoxy

I dont have any problems with the epoxy, but I have a large 7/16 hole.

Just make sure you dont touch where the blade seals against the bore, otherwise itll never seal again.

the reason for porting a tb is to get rid of that ridge thats in front of the blade! smooth that out as much as possible
