Default Patrick G cam!!!

Well guys I decided to get Patrick G to spec out a cam for my car. Lemme know what you guys think of this!
240/248@.050 .649/.656" 109LSA+2advance
This if for my cam only car with bolt ons. Goin for low 10's!!!!

we will need a sound clip when all said and done. would like to hear it idle.

lol...i dont want it to idle. Pat said it should clear on the PtV but to double check it. Even if it dont.....i'll make it

You better check that piston to valve. Its gonna be close to .010 into the piston with that ICL.

Yeah...if i can get it to .040 i'll happy. I know thats still close but I have to other engine that are similiar to this PtV. One is 600hp and the other is only 400hp. Havent had any probs out of them yet through 2 season.

Oh yeah....major diet and a huge stall. I'll post up idle clips in a couple weeks or so.

Good luck with your cam. I havent seen anything bad about Patrick G specd cams. Actually I just got one myself. The one down fall was it took TR a month to get it to me.

If they are on that much of a back order I have a cam of similar duration for sale. PM if you cant get it from them in a timely manor.

Thanks skyhighsami, i'll keep that in mind. Its still cold though, so waiting a month might not be to bad. Is there anyone else here running a high lift cam on the street like this? If so, how are the street manners?

26* of overlap @.050=she will be a THUMPER! A4 car use atleast a 4400+ stall.
