F/S: Sony Home Stereo cheap.
Hey guys,
I've got a Sony 3 piece stereo component system for sale. They are a receiver, a tape deck and a CD player. All are working and in great shape. I'm also including my old Sylvania VCR too. I'm moving and have no need for 2 stereos. My loss is your gain. I'd like to sell of of them as a unit as they're all matching components. I'm also willing to bargain and open to trades, as I'd like it gone ASAP. I'm asking $300ish obo.
I'd like to sell them locally as it would be a pain to box it all up. I am in Los Angeles. I'm open to trades.
The component model #'s are:
Receiver: FM Stereo/FM-AM receiver STR-D365
Dolby S Tape Deck: Stereo Cassette Deck TCK-461S
CD player: Compact Disc Player CDP-315
VCR: Slvania 6245FA
Thanks!

It's just a 4 head/19 Micronhead VCR. Only plays VHS. Not a combo drive. Does not play Blue-ray discs.
It's the older kind of CD player, but makes GREAT sound as it is only a CD player, not a CD/DVD
I'm asking $300 (for EVERYTHING), but i'll take a good offer. I just dont need the stuff taking up space in my living room.

Agreed. A couple of years ago I picked up a very nice Sony ES AM/FM receiver, with remote and in the original box, for $65 shipped on ebay. Stereo receivers aren't worth much these days. It still rocks out in my shop though (along with some old school Technics tower speakers with double woofers that I gave $75 for ).
CD players... $20? Last DVD player I bought was $20...
Tape? About the same, maybe $30.
VCR? $20. I have 2 sitting on my shelf too.
Not trying to bash, just tryin' to help ya out with pricing here. You would probably do better splitting it up and selling it on ebay.

i would say the reciever is the only thing with any real value.
its pretty old, its an AV reciever w/o a DVD button. $20-30
tape player: no value really.
VCR: again no real value for the most part.
CD player: not much value being a sibngle disc that only plays CDs.
as a package it would not be worth what it costs to ship it.
I would dontae the stuff and use it against your taxes. you will probably come out the best that way
