Default Looking for expierenced insight on a Cam for my LS1

My mods are in my sig. First off I don't want to regret getting a cam. I am looking for some HP gain but I don't want a really rough idle.

My Q- What is a good cam that I should look into getting and what else should i do while installing the cam (rockers, lifters, springs?)

Thanks guys

Any cam like a 224/228 would work perfect for you.

PredatorZ and Patrick G. also good ones to talk too on here. If you want a smooth idle you will a 114-117 LSA on the cam. The also the more overlap you have the choppier the idle i believe. My suggestion would be to talk to either one of these guys or Ed too. Get a cam spec'd for your specific application.

Didn't see headers in your sig, recommend even a set of pacesetters

underdrive pulley maybe another part you would want to add to your list
