Timing chain Kit
Hello Guys,
I have a 96 T/A with almost 200,000k. Leaks a little oil out of the rear main which is about to get fixed. I just put an electric water pump on and was short on time to do the timing chain and cover.
I am a little confused on exactly which set to put on the car. I am thinking about a small super charger after the completly new drivetrain clutch, tranny, rear end. If we have motor problems I'll just consider it rebuild time. I think a low PSI boost will run just fine though, its in real great shape.
Sorry for the babbling Anyhow I'm looking for just single roller or double if the price is not too big. The big question is getting something that will not require me to get a new timing cover. I like the idea of being able to go back to manual water pump if I want.
If anyone can give me a link to a sponsor kit that will work it would be greatly appreciated.
