Looking at 35th Anniversary Camaro
OK, so I am looking at 2002 Camaro 35th Anniversary SLP M6 (T-Top) right now. I think the car might be a bit overpriced, but I'm going to see if I can working with the guy on that. He wants $19K for the car with almost 50000 miles.
Anyway, one thing with this car is the grill. It has one of those red SLP grills with the stripes going through it...and although it looks nice I prefer the black grills. I don't know if he has the original black grill, but if not...are those easy to come by (specifically one with the license plate bracket on it)? The way it is currently set up, there is no place for a front license plate...but like I said, I want the grill black anyway. Plus, I know those red grills are kind of expensive so I could sell it.
Does anyone know where I can get a black grill and about what it would cost?

sounds like a LE car, its red with the special stripes? special wheels?
i see those going for a lot on ebay, not really worth it unless you want a collector car, but the miles are kinda high for that.

Yes, its an LE car. I feel its a little high...I was thinking 17.5K would be much closer to right. But, I may not be able to do it either. The problem is...LE cars are really uncommon here and so they tend to be a bit spendy.

When the 5th gen comes out next year, all 2002 Camaros (including the LE's) will come crashing down in value. You will have no problem finding someone with a non painted LE grill to trade you.

I've actually decided to pass on this car. To expensive for me right now, I'm going to buy an LE convertible once I'm through with school. Thanks for the into though!
