Reverse Causing Problems ... 4l60E
We just put a 4l60e in a 64 chevy II. It has a lq4 in it with a converted stock harness. Anyhow, we are having problems. When we start the car in park, and pull the shifter into reverse, it kills the pcm fuse almost instantly.
If we start the car in neutral, and pull it into drive. It is flawless. Just do not put it into reverse.
The car has a lokar hotrod shifter with no wires going to the shifter to be grounding. I would like to know what to look for. I am thinking it is inside the transmission.
Anyhelp is appreciated.
