Default Mass air????

How far away does the mass air have to be away from the throttle body or does it really matter as long as its there... Is there any limit on how close it can be???

the further it is away from the intake the more consistent the air flow will be since the intake pulses will even themselves out within the intake tract. You can place it closer, although tuning will be difficult due to reversion.
