Default Need Some Help On My Build

Need some help, I have a 99TA, and have currently bent a rod pretty bad. I plan to do a build since I have to tear it down and want to do it right the first time. I plan to do a 408 with good heads and a cam. I need some help on what kind of heads I should look for and a what size cam. I have read other threads and I heard people recommend 24x/24x for the cam. I have contacted a few sponsors and have had talked to one about a 408 and this is what they told me.

$4100.00
408" Iron Balanced, blue printed and assembled short block.
Callies Compstar 4340 4.0" crankshaft, Callies 6.125" H beam rods
w/ ARP 2000 7/16" bolts, Wiseco 4.030" forged nitrous pistons
-8cc reverse dome, Childs & Albert Dura moly rings, Clevite 2199
H main brgs, Clevite CB663 H rod brgs, Dura Bond CH-23 cam
brgs, ARP main studs

Does this look okay, and do I need to change anything about this short block. I've heard of members going with -2cc pistons for high cr, but not sure what I should go with. I will not be doing the labor myself since I do not have the time or place to do it so I am having a shop around here do it. Below is a break down of everything I believe it will cost.

408 short block $4100
heads and cam $2000-2500
fast90/90tb $1000-1500
gasket&misc $1000
labor/gaskets/misc $2000-2500
total 10100-11600

If there is anything I'm missing can you let me know, or info you can help on, I would greatly appreciate it. I still want to keep the car a DD

Thanks
David

I think your heads and cam price is a little low, since you said you wanted good heads. You'll get good heads (TFS, ETP, or AFR) in that price range. Don't forget good lifters and rocker arms.

What kind of lifters and rocker arms should I look for? And what kind of price range for them?
