misfire problems

Default misfire problems
I have a 97 LT 1 motor. I have been having misfire problems. I have changed spark plugs, wires, checked the MAF sensor, and changed the rotor and cap. It is still very sluggish and throwing a P0300 code (random misfire). I can't even spin the tires. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I have the motor in a 71 chevelle.

Check your groundwire connection at the ICM and the grounds to your frame, make sure their clean.

check your MAF and all your fuses, it was a fuse for me.
