Default Will I need another tune?

Hey I have a stock 98 z that I am about to mod. I am about to do pacesetters/exhaust, lid/filter, ported and polished throttle body, and 3.42/3600 stall. I am then going to have it dyno tuned. I am wanting a ls6 intake but I don't think I can afford it so it is going to wait. After I do as mentioned and save and get a ls6 intake can I install it and not get another tune? How much more would I gain if I had it retuned?

It just really depends on how far it sets the tune off. I had 2 identical '02 T/A both just put a set of pacesetters on and the same mods and one I pulled 27 rwhp out with a tune and the other i only pulled 4 rwhp out of it cause the tune was pretty close already.

How far off will it make my tune if I install it after the tune?

Any mod changes the requirements of the ecm.. The engine will always run different and have different needs.
