Question Bottom end Rebuild

Redoing the bottom end on my car, just wondering what kind of parts everyone has had good luck with. Thinking about using Diamond pistons billet rods arp bolts etc. I need to keep it in the 3G's mark so nothing crazy, just something that will work well with TSP stg 2.5 5.3 heads and the MS3 cam I was thinking 348 or maybe a 383. Might put a shot on it later this yr so I want good pistons. Whats everyone running?

For nitrous I would use Diamond custom nitrous pistons and Eagle or Scat H-Beam rods with ARP 2000 bolts. Diamond also has good rings. If you are really planning to go nitrous I would do a 347 or 348 bore and not a 383 bore. You want a strong block. You should also be able to reuse your crank on a 347 or 348 bore. The stock crank is good to well above 600 or 700 RWHP. With the pistons, you want to make sure your compression is around 10.5:1 or 12:1 with those TSP heads. Nitrous loves higher compression.

yeah as for the compression I want higher then 10.5:1 but not as high as 12:1 I was thinking more around 11.5:1 or so...
