Default Glide and tire size????

I am trying to figure out with my glide what rear gear I need.
am running a 28" tire and a glide and dont want anymore than 6500-7000 rpms crossing the stripe.

Any help would be great . Is there a equation for figuring this out?

That makes sense then , I got this car and it came with 4.30's or so I thought. I had to lift at 6500 at about the 1000 ft.

That would be about right then looks like I do have 4.30's
I was thinking of a 3.70 range but maybe 4.10 is where I need to be also.

I have 27.5" tires and 3.73's. I see 6300 at the stripe and 121-122mph. This is a 28X11.5X15 ET Street. It measures a little small. From what I remember 133mph is roughly 6800rpm. These probably grow a little on the top end also. I just nabbed some Hoosier 275/60 radials. They are a bit larger. 28 tall with a 10" tread vs. a 8.9" tread on the ET Street.
