Default Anyone transfer balance wt to U/D pulley?

I am going to be installing a powerbond U/D pulley. I was reading the GM shop manual for my 2004 corvette and it talks about the possibiilty that a balance weight was added to my harmonic balancer when the rotating assembly was balanced. THe manual indicates that I need to put the same weight in the same relative position on the replacement harmonic balancer (does not mention a u/d pulley replacement).

Just wondering if anyone else bothers to do this. I am planning on doing it but if no one else does and it does not cause a problem then I might skip it. I don't know for sure that I have a balance weight on the factory pulley.

So, what is everyone doing?

Thanks

Never seen one. Our engines are internally balanced. Weird?

Your fine, there is no need to add any weight. Look at the stock pulley. I looked at mine, no weights.
