power locks and mirrors dont work
when i put a fuse in it burns the fuse, what would you suspect
would be the problem. switch or wiring anyone. thanks

As the attached image indicates, fuse 7 goes to more than just PDL and mirrors.
It also goes to the hatch release and the auxiliary lead under the console. From the manner in which you described the problem, it sounds like the fuse blows immediately. Based on this, I'd say that the circuit is continually shorted to ground.
To troubleshoot, take an inexpensive test light like this one...
Connect the test light between the two terminals of the #7 fuse. As long as the light is on, the short is still there. After the light is setup, just disconnect each part of the circuit (PDL, mirrors, hatch switch) until the light goes out. Sounds easy right?
