Default check engine light
how many miles/drive cycles do you need to drive to make the check engine light turn off once the problem goes away.

ses light turns off when cleared with a scanned. i dont know how long it takes without clearing the code.

I can't remember for sure, but I think it's 12 driving cycles. You can also pull the PCM/IGN fuse for 10 seconds to clear it.
