Default how much hp

can i push a stock computer too? i was told 1000rwhp but thats all... is it true?

After 800 or 900 it starts getting tougher and tougher and most people opt to get an aftermarket like BS3. By the time you add up all the extra stuff you need(injector driver, wideband, tuner, etc) the BS3 pays for itself not to mention it gives you alot more options as a tuner.

I run the stock PCM and I have run up to 26psi and 1400+fwhp. I stay at 20psi. for now.

The only downside to the stock computer is te lack of timing resolution with FI. It will easily put a ls1 car into the 8's.

timing resolution? i am not fast enuff to know but how much more would you need. I use the efilive COS5...so thats what i am baseing that off of.
