Arizona guys - what oil do you use?

Arizona guys - what oil do you use? Being i'm sort of new out to the area, and haven't really had my car here running during the hot summer. I'm wondering what weight oil you guys use out here? I'm a die hard Mobil 1 guy and you won't change my mind about the brand, but I'm curious to see what weight everyone recommends in the HEAT!!!

Mobil 1 0-40 love it and swear by it.
I've used it in my turbo honda, my dumdumdumdum and switched from 10-30 Mobil 1 when I bought the car over a year ago. The 10-30 (used it for two changes) by the end of a cycle (ready to be changed) would start to evaporate with all the heat and wear. Once the 0-40 went in it has never been an issue.

I used mobil 10-40, swithced over to GC 0-30 and my oil pressure when up a bit. Tried redline and royal purple and made no difference between GC. So i stick with GC since its easy to find.

I just had a conversation with Mike(the owner at AZ Automasters) about this same topic several weeks ago when he put my new heads, cam, headers, and 3.90 gears on. He said the Mobil 1 5W-30 I had been using would be fine.
