Vig 3600, trans cooler : Do I NEED a shift kit?? Its a bolt-on '02 Z28 w/ 3.23s and I'm about to order a Vig 3600 and a trans cooler. Do I absolutely need a shift kit? If it basically does nothing (I will be getting the car tuned) than I don't want to waste the money. Thoughts??

Kenny they shifts would feel firmer with a shift kit than changing the line pressure in the tune. I would go for the shift kit, it also will help the trans live longer.
