Default LC1 HP Tuner logging stays at 10 ????

Im trying to log the LC1 w/ hptuner and on my table all the display says is 10, it will not go up or down. I had it on an old lap top and it worked fine. now this one is all setup just like it should, logging it through the AC pressure sensor wire. But the WB does nothing but stay at 10.

What is your formula in your custom PID for your wideband?

I actually posted that at my friends house. I think it is ([PID.7101].625+10)
That is what I remember.. I double checked it all from the post on here and also the AFR%error one also. Everything looks correct so im not sure if I over looked something and missed something?

Your formula should look like this if your using the default settings of your lc-1.

[PID.7101]/0.332446808510638+7.35

I had it the other way in my old laptop and it always worked. I copied it from my laptop, and also found the post on here about logging with out an EIO HP Tuner and it was the same as what i had. I can try your formula and see when i get home later. Thanks.

Unless you changed your settings through your lc-1 i dont see how your old formula was accurate.

the lc1 was changed to match these settings like your supposed to, it worked fine in the old lap top and ive done a few cars with it. '
with this new formula it sits at 7.35 and does not move. I would think it would fluctuate if it was accurate or not.....it dont move at all.

If logworks is reading afr correctly then i bet you prolly blew a fuse somewhere or have a wire come loose somewhere around the pressure switch. It's reading 7.35 because its getting no reading at all and the ending number is added to the voltage to get a correct reading so you will always see it even if there is no response from the pressure switch.

Pin #55 in the blue connector and use [PID.2811] for the EGR. Thats a weird problem that your going through. Hopefully using the egr will work out for you. Just remember to turn your egr back on through your editor but zero out all your tables that relates to it. You can also leave all your SES lights turned off and it wont interfere with anything.

This happens to me occasionally. Sometimes shutting off the car, rebooting the laptop, and unplugging replugging the OBD-II will help. Other times, it goes right back to 10.x and stays there. I havnt been able to figure it out, but at worst it goes away in a day for my car.

Still does the same thing using the EGR, I tried my old antique laptop again to see if it worked and the AC voltage does fluctuate from 0.0-0.3v probably still nothing im guessing. How do you know if the WB O2 sensor is bad and not working? Should I see 5v anyway if the O2 sensor is not even hooked up?

Are you getting a reading through logworks?

Yes, its really bouncy though. and stays still till you hit the gas then bounces everywhere....probably because the car so out of tune but yea.

You would think that it would be showing some kind of action through hptuners then. Even if it is bouncy afr it should show something.
