How do you adjust min rpm on timing tuner?

I understand how to adjust the timing and upper rpm but I am confused as to how to adjust the min rpm. Any help would be great! Thank you.

Can anyone explain to me?

Also do you leave the mode 4 switch on or off for the max rpm after you set it?
