Default Will these codes pass OBD2 Inspection?

I just finished a 4L80E and 12 bolt swap. I had the .bin segmented by Bill at HP Tuners and everything works great with 2 exceptions. First; every now and then, just before the car comes to a stop, the low trac light comes on and the ABS cycles. Not a huge deal, but annoying never the less. Second; when I scan for DTC's I'm coming up with:
(Brake) C0041 Brake Pedal Switch B (History)
(Brake) C0056 (History)
(Brake) C0036 Left Rear Tone Wheel (History)
(Restraints) U1040 Loss of Class 2 Communication With ABS (History)(Immature)
Will theses codes cause me to fail NYS OBD2 inspection?
Does anyone know why any of the above is happening?
Thanks in advance for any and all help!

P.S.
The car has 3 channel ABS and no traction control.

if the SES light is on and you have more than 2 codes (depending on year) you will not pass.

get a tuner to tune all that out for the time being and get on with it. get it fixed later, you will NEED to get that fixed

I doubt you'll fail for those codes, however if you have a braking system issue of some sort you might fail the mechanical tests they run you through, however I don't think they scan for codes other than emissions related so on the emissions end of things you sound like you'll be fine.

Thanks! I wasn't sure if the inspection would scan for BCM codes. My SES light is not on, so I'll bring it in and hope for the best!

should pass just fine. Those aren't emissions codes but do not clear them as this would of course also clear the emissions ready.
