Default Glowing D side cat. Internet mechanics in here!

Heres the deal. Drivers side cat is glowing red.

Car is cammed with mac's a carb intake and an elbow.

AF at idle is 15.0:1, trims are ranging from 1 to -3 on both sides. Only the drivers cat is glowing. Any thoughts?

Im thinking the cat just **** out on me. At first i thought it was a vacuum leak but my o2's would be going apeshit.

Typically that is unburned fuel causing it to get way too hot, but if the trims and o2s look good, maybe something else.
