Default Prothane/Clamshell install help

Before I tighten the bolt and screw down, I just wanted to make sure that the washer is in the correct place. I lost my instructions and just sorta figured out how the bushing goes in but am not sure about where the washer goes. Can someone confirm before I tighten and it eats into the powder coating? Thanks dudes

So do I need to put the washers on the back side of the clam shells? Or did you mean you had the bolts facing the other way? Thanks.
