Default Hptuner guys, help

I'm having issue with KR. From looking at my logs, I see KR in different areas and noticed that my AFR under pe goes rich (not going to exact commanded AFR) then starts it way up lean and thats when I encounter KR. My cruise conditions are close to the 14.63 AFR bouncing up and down within 2 percent of the stoich commanded AFR. What could be causing me to go rich, then creep back up lean? I have attached a file and tune.

I'd start with looking at injector duty cycle and WOT fuel
pressure. These are your likeliest ways to deviate big time
from commanded fuel delivery. Behind that is maybe MAF
pegging but that should be pretty far out in HP. Fuel filter
crud is one way to get a WOT pressure shortfall, fuel pump
power wiring is another.

In open loop the PCM doesn't know about any fuel shortfall
and just does what it thinks is right.
