Default Camshaft and induction questions? Input needed

First off I’m looking at Comps 224/224 .563/.563 114lsa cam, this seems to be a popular cam but will it work fine for a daily driver? My other question is it worth it to replace the intake with the LS6 intake or the Holley intake. Of the two which is better performance wise? Also is removing and blocking off the EGR worth it also? Once I have got the mods done I will be having the Car Dyno Tuned. My current engine mods are: SLP Air Box Lid, Thunder Racing polished Maf ends, SLP LT Headers, Random Technologies PowerMax 3 inch Catback.
Oh yea my car is a 1998 Camaro SS with an A4

I used to have the TR224, if that's the one you're talking about. It was great for a daily driver. I drove 65 miles to work, one way, and never had a complaint. Makes damn good power, too. The Holley manifold will not give you any more power than the LS6 intake. However, if you ever decide to go with a direct port nitrous system, get the Holley.
