Default Electrical question? Need Help.

When I have my two amps playing and receiver I hear a loud pop and they shut off for a second and come back on when I hit the power button on my windows or sometimes have my radar detector on or hit a large bump in the road. I also noticed my alternator drops down to 10 amps when I'm at a red light but goes up to 14 when the gas pedal is applied. I have 200 amp alternator and everything has been working fine for two years but lately I'm getting this trouble. I also did the wire mod last year and wonder if this might be a problem? Anyone know where I can start to look? Wasn't sure why the power windows or cigarette lighter might be causing this? When this happens sometimes my dash lights flash as well so I know they must all be tied together somewhere but not sure where to look for the problem, my battery cables are tight.

Any Ideas? Thanks

Does this happen when you try to roll down your window?
Your problem might be BCM or RAP related.

almost seems like a short or exposed wire somewhere based on the pop when you hit a bump
