Default popping and backfiring

I have a 00 SS with brola muffler and slp headers...
She has all the bolt ons with ported heads and cam.
When I let off the clutch it has started this popping and backfiring?? Use to only happen when cold and mind you its not horrible but its been happening more. Hubby has a low, looks almost like NO restriction cc and he thinks maybe the baffles are loose in the muffler (she is set wide open as it can get..) Anyone else has had this problem??
Thanks for any ideas
Teresa

Default oops forgot...

The tune was done by local shop to ajust for cam, heads and such. I know he has it running kinda lean for when we take her to the strip.

It's hard to say over the internet like this without a lot more info, it could be so many things.

But for my 2 cents worth, I had simular popping & backfiring when one of my coil packs was crapping out. It was an MSD coil, and wouldn't fire properly when the engine got up to temp. Coils were 7 months, 5,000 miles old.

It took me 2 weeks to pin-point this problem, my fix was to go back to my stock coils.

Its a shot in the dark, but something to keep in mind.
