Default Hydraulic leak??

When driving my 02 Trans Am at high rpms/upper gears (like going from 3rd to 4th and to 5th) the clutch will stays against the firewall and I have to put my foot under the clutch and pull it back to regular position.

Is this a hydraulic leak going to the slave cylinder? If so, how do you fix that?

Thanks
