help...how much of a gap between seat and seal on PG I know there is going to be a gap between the seat and seal on my partriot gold valve springs but some have a larger gap than others and i cannot get the seal any further. thanks for the advice.

The amount of shims placed under the seat will determine the gap between it and the valve seal. I used a socket to persuade the seals on it also helps to put a lubricant of some type.
