Post Car is going nuts!!!! what the hell??

ok so i parked my car last night and its was running perfect. sat in the garage all night and day and went to start it this evening and it went nuts. the car wont start, the fuel pump wont even turn on. but then you turn the key off and it does nothing take the key out and you can still turn the radio on and off and roll the windows up and down. door open btw casue i know the radio stays on til door is opened. the the check guages light will never go off even after everything does finally shut off. and the airbag light also stays on the bag got popped a couple years ago, i just replaced them but never hooked em back up. never had any problems light was on when car was running but thats it. now the airbag and check guages light wont go out period key off and all. even with key out the security flashes and other lights and bells ding off and on and everything. didconnect the battery it all stops, but as soon as you put the key in and turn it it all starts again and to stop it you gotta disconnect the battery. i have no clue what to do or where to start. makes no sense what so ever to me. it was perfectly fine when i backed it in the garage last night....

sounds like the resistor in your key isn't reading to me.

What happens when you turn the key? Is it low on fuel causing the check gauges? It's probably best to ignore some of the symptoms and concentrate on the starter circuit. Check battery terminals for corrosion. Also try scanning for codes. Does the PCM respond at all?
