I had my stock TB opened up to a 52mm for $150. I really don't think you'll need a bigger one then that. I also ran some underdrive pulleys for a while and don't think their worth the cost. Put those funds towards the heads your saving for. Just my opinion.

Roller rockers with supporting mods(springs, guideplates, studs). Or go with an electric water pump. And a TB is a good idea as well.

A good h/c/i pkg. and dynotune will make a significant amount of power. Since you're there, replace timing chain, sprockets, opti, waterpump, injectors, and maybe upgrade the fuelpump aswell. Goodluck.

if you are saving for h/c i would focus on the small things you will need to buy instead of just another bolt on that wont yield much. like when i was buying parts for my build i would buy the crank one month, pistons the next, etc. so maybe you could buy a timing set, then rockers, gaskets, etc.
