Tq arm bolt sizes moser 12 bolt Anyone know the size of the bolts that go in the mosor 12 bolt for the torque arm. I see people have problems with them coming out all the time, and what do you know mine are gone....if i remember right one bolt was fater than the other 3? Maybe the treads got ruined on it early back in life?
Oh and does anyone have a solution to this?

Mine came a few years ago with 1/2" 13 x 1" grade 8 bolts I believe. I had problems with them backing out so I grabbed 4 - 1/2" x 1-1/2" gr 8 bolts to replace because with my umi torque arm, washer, and lock washer the 1" bolts just weren't enough. 1/2" bolts use a 3/4" wrench. Also I went with the heavier grade 8 locks too seems to keep it tight.
If it was me and one bolt was bigger becuase damaged threads I'd probably just put a thread insert, not helicoil, so to make it a half inch bolt again. You really have to watch it tho if your going to use a thread insert so it doesn't back out on you.
