Question ProStars require same amount of grinding as Draglites?

Maybe I didn't search the right topics, but I cannot really find any definitive info on whether or not the Weld Draglites require the same amount of caliper clearancing as the ProStars?

My car has already had ProStars on it, so calipers are already "fitted", lol.

Just want to ask if anyone knew for sure if the Draglites wheel hoop (or whatever it's called) is the same as a ProStars?

Basically, I just don't want to go any deeper than I already have...it is nice to be able to stop if need be.

They should fit the exact same with same back spacing. Unless you have changed brakes or something.

pretty much what he said. as long as the backspacing is the same you can put any 15'' wheel on your car.

I wanted to say my friend had draglites on his car, and went to prostars and had to grind a little more. He said the prostars require a tad bit more grinding than draglites, but im not 100% sure if that is true or not.

I had to grind more when I went from Draglites to Prostars, I was surprised.

I'm on Bogarts now and run drag brakes.

So, being I already have the clearance for my old ProStars, I should be fine. Thanks for the replies guys.
