i run one on my stock 6.0L, and i really like it. with a 3200stall i can get as much boost as i can handle on the footbrake, but it is laggy enough that i can keep the tires down in town. Also it makes pretty good power, i am around 650 crank hp at 9-10psi and 12 degrees of timing on pump with no intercooler. With an IC and additional timing it would be alot better, as i currently pick up about 7hp/per degree timing.
BTW i ran 11.4@119 with about 7psi last weekend @ 3800lbs and a 40mph headwind, and it is the best sounding turbo ive ever heard. Heres some vids of my setup.

We have plenty of them on LS1's. They will make around 800-850rwhp and are a little on the laggy side. They are great units though and we build/sell tons of them to the budget guys. If you can spring the extra money go with a TC76 though......much quicker spool, and power is very close as well, and MUCH more compact.

I have a 1.10 A/R one on my stock 5.3. The turbo is obviously big for it but I have plans for a bigger engine and it should start to spool a little quicker then. Its really not bad though because the car is light and the motor pulls okay (not like its a Honda) and then once boost comes in the thing just turns pretty insane really. I havent dyno'd it, and I dont want to be "THAT GUY" but for a stock $250 junkyard UNtouched motor I would guess it to be putting between 450-500 to the wheels. The car moves very well. Someday Ill get the rearend done and go see how the old junk motor runs

Nuf it made 752rwhp/726tq
12-15psi....boost logger went wacky.
396ci LT1, forged internals, stock heads and a blower cam.
Had some issues, like tubing popping off, IAT sensors shooting out and header leaks. All that is now or in the process of being fixed by my bro and we will be hitting the dyno again.
