Default A6 Shift problems with Yank 3200

I recently installed a Yank 3200 converter in my 2006 A6 corvette and It does not shift right. I would think I would have to adjust line pressure tables and/or max line pressure. I have posted this on a few forums and noone knows the A6 well enough to answer. What tables need to be changed? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
