Does anyone make a 427 Sroker for a 6.0L Iron Block?
I am looking to build a 427 SB and was wondering if anyone knows the bore, stroke, or location of parts needed. Thanks All

to get a 427 out of a 6.0L iron block you have to bore the block to 4.060" and stroke it to 4.125". This is the only way to do so with an iron block and unfortunately not very good because you will run into intolerable oil consumption at such high stroke.
of course then you have to track down the crank, 6.25 rods, pistons, heads, etc...

...would oil consumption be a problem with a 4.125 crank and a stoke alumium bore block to yield 395CI?
Why?

Depends on the crank, I've heard of a particular motor with a 4.125" Callies crank having its rotator caps go bad due to the high stroke and schematics involved to the point that it will be the last 427 built this way. My recommendation as to a 427 is a 4.125" bore and 4.00" stroke.
