NO, unless your car has a 6 inch lift kit ,you'll need to drive it up on a set of ramps. Or put it up on jackstands!

If you have most of the accessory drive and radiator and fans and stuff out of the way, you might be able to do it from the top. Otherwise, you'll be doing it from the bottom. Last time I checked, I couldn't squeeze under there even if I only weighed 50 lbs.
