Yet another CT emissions question..
With OBDII cars do they just look for codes and do not do a sniffer test if everything is ok? OR do they check the computer and do a sniffer test?
If they dont do a sniffer test and only look for codes would they have reason to do a sniffer test if your obviously cammed like a **** and have that no cat smell or would they just not bother as long as your pass scan?

they need to see cats under the car if they look, and if your pcm is programmed correctly you just do the scan and off you go
if for some reason you fail the scan DO NOT LET THEM PUT YOUR CAR ON THE ROLLER TELL THEM TO ABORT THE TEST!!!!!!
if you go on the roller you will fail and you will then have to pass on the roller which will mean putting your car back to stock
