CA 91 Octane With predator and mods safe?

CA 91 Octane With predator and mods safe? Is it true that California’s 91 octane is to low for an 02 ls1 with a Diablo predator tuner and may lean out the car too much? Also, the car has CAI and a cut out which also leans out the car? Thanks
