Byunspeed was having a deal for $215 shipped with both new belts and bolt. You can install it yourself...having an Impact wrench helps...or a shop might charge you just an hours worth of labor time..it's easy to do.

Im in same boat... got a cat-back and a lid. I just ordered headers and will order an ORY friday. So id say save for headers/ory. New coated pacesetter headers and ORY can be had for $500 bucks.

I wouldn't do an u/d pulley until you get a cam package since the pulley will have to come off for the install anyways.

In that case I would camp the classifieds. I just bought used pacesetter LT's for $235 shipped.

custom ram air setup only like $60 in materials and gave me 25rwhp cam only...so if you are stock internal probably around 18-20rwhp...

https://ls1tech.com/forums/generation-iii-external-engine/924996-my-ram-air-vs-stock-setup-how-much-hp-dif-track-results-tom.html

a definite mod...also check out sux2bU intake

Ahh so am I. But consider this. I've read on a few occasions that the pacesetters (even coated ones) surface rust on the bottom within the first year, yet work great for years after that. Surface rust is nothing big, just doesnt look so great, but when the headers are underneath where you cant c anyway... what does it matter? My car is parked outsite nearly all the time, so getting new headers would have been kinda a waste for me since they probably would have surface rusted on the bottom rather quickly from the outside moisture.
Just my .02 on that.
