Default Anybody know radiator size for 98 T/A?

I don't have access to the car right now so I can't get any measurements I need height an width, outside dimensions. Car runs a little hot when I run the A/C on these 90*+ days around here so looking at an AFCO unit. They don't make a direct fit so hopefully another off the shelf will work so they don't have to build me a custom.

Also, are our radiators single core or double core?

BECOOL makes a direct fit but is $900

Thanks

What a deal. Yea it's supposed to be a direct bolt up and even has the slanted filler. Just too proud of them for me

Howe Racing Enterprises has a direct replacement that looks nice for $740 but I have talked to AFCO and I think they can build me a custom for less than that I just have to get them the dimensions. It's a dual one inch core so it should do the job

If you guys want the best radiator in the business you want a Ron Davis. Hands down the finest constructed radiator you will find.
No epoxy! $850 with integrated oil cooler or $700 without. I'll put a little break in the price for you. It will drop your temps 20% and the oil cooler 30-40*. Direct drop in, you will not find a finer radiator.

Also the LT1 is not a direct fit replacement. I've sold Ron Davis to guys who have gone the LT1 route only to still need better cooling.

I have a 98 also and I just got a new radiator from Oreilly. If you look at all the auto parts stores they all sell the same radiator for lt1 and 98 ls1. It is the same part number. It is the thicker core and comes with trans cooler. I measured the core of the stock one that I took out at .94 inches. The core on the new radiator is 1.26 inches. That is about 1/3" more thickness. There is an extra line on the bottom left fan side of the radiator. I just used a block off cap and hose clamp on it. Other that that it is a dirrect fit. Radiator has a lifetime warranty so I was pretty happy.
