I bought a set of Jet Hot headers used however it looks like they were previously welded. I need to know how far back the pipe is supposed to go from the O2 bung so I can weld a new flange on so I can bolt it up. Here's a picture to show you:

looks like he had a custon y pipe...looks like your going to need one too. id install the headers and drive it to a local muffler shop to get the job done

Don't even put flanges on it. Just cut those off and make a slip fit setup. I am going to cut the flanges off mine next time I build a new exhaust.
