which is better ok so i went to a local tuning shop today and i was asking about progammers for an 04 gto with a 5.7 and he said the progammers are good for cars with little upgrades then he told me bout a flash program called HPE and he said i would be better off with that because u can tune on that better especially if u go with more upgrades and he said it was also cheaper too and i was wondering which is better
