Pontiac Firebird 1967-2002 - Air intake ??? on 99 WS6

My buddy has a 99 WS6 and his b-day is coming up and i was going to get him something for his car. he already has a LS6 intake and of course the ram air. So i was thinking about getting him a slp lid or a smooth bellow. Since he has the ram air already is the slp lid not going to be a very good upgrade and just get the bellow or wil the lid give him a better gain?

Pay to have his Throttle Body P & P'd. That will go great with the LS6 intake.
Big gain and seat of the pants feel.
Next a Lid and then the bellow.

i just talked to him and he is getting a new tb. So that puts me back in square one

Then get a lid.
